IT Business Analyst & Delivery Manager

Responsabilities :

  • A challenging role as Business Analyst & Process Manager within Records and Information Management
  • As IT Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to achieve a deep understanding of various business goals and needs with respect to Records and Information Management, support them during Business Solution Concept phase and align these needs with various global Records & Information Management engineering teams globally
  • You will review high-level design and test cases to ensure alignment to requirements
  • You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement (in process / product / project / organization)
  • Define possible solutions and implement the changes
  • You will play an active role in testing (drive the testing process where needed, strongly collaborate with the testing team)

Qualifications :

  • Graduated with an IT diploma, you have at least 5 years of working experience as support IT specialist and a first experience in a managerial role, preferably in an international environment.
  • You have an extensive knowledge on IT technologies and infrastructures.
  • You have also excellent knowledge of Service Now
  • At least, you are fluent in French and in English
  • Committed and open minded, you interact well with people and are dedicated to our internal clients to maintain effective relationships.
  • ITIL Qualified, Prince 2, PMP – PMI Project Management Professional Certification (or similar) would be an advantage

Customer Care Specialist

Responsabilities :

  • Providing an efficient and effective processing of orders for defined countries/markets, agents, distributors, and commercial management
  • Monitoring of sales orders, maintenance of customer master data, contracts, item proposal, invoicing, supervise and progress reporting within the order to cash process
  • Organizing transports in close collaboration with forwarding companies
  • Customer calls and requests: Basic request to be handled and/or passed on to technical experts depending on subject
  • Coordination of delivery dates in close collaboration with our distribution centre/forwarding companies
  • Complaint handling, problem solving and if appropriate process realignment


  • Commercial background or similar with practical experience in Customer Service and/or transportation, logistics activities, handling exports
  • Familiar with SAP Gui 7.2 Client
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
  • Language Skills: fluent in English and French; German being an asset
  • Communicative, flexible, hard-working and open-minded personality
  • Strong customer orientation and a can-do & quick-learner attitude
  • Good telephone skills
  • Able to prioritize when under pressure

Consultant Sénior Workday/SucessFactor

Responsabilités :

  • Intervention sur des projets globaux, la coordination avec les autres modules Talents de SuccessFactors et/ou Workday.
  • Participation aux différents projets internes.
  • Analyse des demandes de nos clients,
  • Proposition de solutions pertinentes et adaptées à leurs besoins,
  • Prise en charge des modifications de configuration,
  • Mise à jour des systèmes internes.

My client are one of the largest names in their sector and they are recruiting for experienced ERP Business Analyst to accommodate for the volume of project work they have set to start alongside a significant user base that will be expanding over the next few months


  • As a ERP Business Analyst, you will be a key contact point within the strategic and the operational departments.
  • Your views to the business will help you and your contact to perfectly understand and translate their needs for the IT division.
  • You will design the systems and the applications, define all tests and tests level and write down all the documentation.
  • You will supports and ensures application development initiatives are well managed as well as delivered on expectations, functionality, timeliness, and cost


  • Experience as SAP superuser, IT experience with logistics / finance / manufacturing systems and familiarity with SAP would be of great advantage.

You will :

  • Coordinate and implement best practices for community management

  • Prepare return-on-investment analyses and assess the advantages and disadvantages of custom build vs 3rd party off-the-shelf solutions
